
Individualized Care Plans
Our initial assessment includes an In-Home Nurse visit to develop a plan of care to meet you or your loved ones needs. At that time a nurse will perform a medical history assessment, medication review, home safety evaluation and an assessment for other care services which may be needed. Your customized service/care plan is then reviewed with you to ensure that all your care needs will be fulfilled.
Available Services
At TRPIL Home Health, we help provide care services for almost all of your needs. The range of tasks that we can offer can help supplement the care given to yourself and individuals. In order to ensure the proper level of care is given, we employ a variety of skilled caregivers. Our staff can preform duties that range from simple housekeeping and community involvement to end of life nursing care. All employees are required to successfully pass compentecy tests and annually assigned In-Services. They follow an established Plan of Care and adhere to the policies and procedures of Private Care Resources Inc. All staff and consumers have access to a Registered Nurse twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
Companions
Our companions perform a variety of tasks to help assist in daily routines and ensure the comfort and safety you or your loved ones deserve. As a companion they can assist with non-medical and home support activities. These duties can include light housekeeping, laundry, preparation and serving of food, incidental transportation for doctors appointments, shopping, activities, and a variety of other errands when other means of transportation are not available.They also can provide companionship to help enrich the quality of their life.
Home Health Aides
Our home health aides have recieved training and passed the requirements for a direct care worker to provide the next level of care service. They can help assist with personal hygiene which may include partial to complete bed bath, oral hygiene, hair & nail care, routine care of skin, shaving, and help with dressing. As an aide they can provide assistance with ambulation, transfers & positioning, toileting activities to include foley care, care of drainage units, recording intake & output, and collection of urine/stool specimens. They can also help remind the individual to take medications as prescribed by their doctor.
Certified Nursing Assistants
Our certified nursing assistants can perform the duties of both companions and home health aides but are trained in tasks that require a higher skill level. They have received additional training as regulated by the state nurse aide registry. Their training includes use of hoyer lifts, colostomy bags, therapeutic range of motion, and all activities of daily living. Certified Nursing Assistants are utilized in cases that require more complex medical and personal care.
Licensed Practical Nurses
Our licensed practical nurses are responsible for the nursing care of assigned consumers within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act, regulations of the State Board of Nursing, and the American Nurses Association. LPNs are responsible for providing care according to these regulations. They assist in the determination of consumer needs and assist in the development of an individuals Plan of Care. They are required to observe and reports changes in condition to ensure meeting the physical, medical, and emotional needs of the consumer and family. They can also assist the individual and family in learning proper self care techniques.
Registered Nurses
Our Registered Nurses are responsible for the nursing care of assigned consumers within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act, regulations of the State Board of Nursing, and the American Nurses Association. RNs are responsible for making decisions and providing care according to these regulations. They coordinate the Plan of Care with your physician and assess for additional needs. They conduct the initial in-home admission assessment and ongoing re-assessments. In order to monitor the quality of service provisions they conduct in-home staff supervisories, consumer satisfaction surveys, and update the Plan of Care as needed.
Sometimes circumstances arise and leave little time for planning supplemental care services. Many take great joy and pride in providing care and support to the ones close to them. They want to ensure they remain in the comforts and privacy of their own home. Although by doing so, the individual caregiver may be overwhelmed with the physical and emotional consequences. With respite care we can provide a short-term, temporary relief to help support and maintain the the care of your loved ones in a variety of situations. Whether it be a elderly relative or a relative with special needs, we can help bear some of the responsibilities and give you peace of mind, knowing the ones you care for are getting the treatment they deserve.
Most daycare providers don’t allow you to bring a sick child to their facility. Furthermore, in the event your child does get sick while in their care, you are required to pick up your child. We provide a service just for these situations, allowing you to maintain and keep your work schedule without interruption.

Alzheimer’s Disease is a disorder that destroys cells in the brain. The disease is the leading cause of dementia, a condition that involves gradual memory loss, inability to perform routine tasks, difficulty learning, loss of language skills, impaired judgment, and personality changes. Are you or a loved one having outpatient or same day surgery, colonoscopy, or cataract surgery? We can help provide a variety of care services to help alleviate the worries that might be associated with these procedures. We can provide a visit the day before your surgery to help you with pre-operative instruction and a visit the day following your surgery to evaluate your progress. We can also provide you with incidental transportation to and from your surgery and follow up appointments, so you can schedule things according to your schedule rather than others.

Private Care Resources Can Help!
- A Nurse will visit weekly to assess diet, eating habits, ambulation, medications and the ability to safely perform all daily living activities.

All employees are required to pass rigorous screening consisting of Criminal Background Checks, Drug Screens, Licensure and Certification Verification, Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) checks, Business and Professional References checks, Office of Inspector General (OIG) checks, Social Security Verification, and PA Childline Abuse Clearence. Our Caregivers are then interviewed and carefully selected.
